Shipping Policy - 48 Contiguous States
Your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excludes weekends & holidays) via UPS ground unless you specify otherwise. Allow 7 business days for delivery. Please note that weekend delivery is not available due to UPS shipping policies.

Registering on our website, enables users to recieve our newsletter, which will have special offers and new items. You may opt out of our email list at any time by sending an email to admin@elmstocktea.com
To update your details or change your password:
1. Login in.
2. Click on your display name which is located on the bottom right-hand corner of the page or in the log-in box.
3. To change your details such as name, address etc, go to manage "Manage Profile" or to change your password go to "Manage Password."
4. Enter your changes.
5. Press "Update."
