A variation on our popular Masala Chai. An authentic Indian style brew which can be drunk in the traditional way with milk and sweetening or as a straight black tea. Cardamoms, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Pepper, Mint and Star Anise contribute to this hearty blend. An ideal winter warmer.
Milk: Optional
Sweetening: Optional
Brewing: 1 tsp in boiling water for 5mins and stir. Strain, add hot milk & sweetening. Stir mixture briskly and garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg powder.
Brewing Time: 3 - 5 mins
Serving: 1 tsp per cup (40 cups per 3.5oz/100g)
